Sports Overview

Soccer Performance
Soccer fitness and performance programs are currently ran throughout the year and are added to the soccer skills coaching sessions. Other specific programs that are ran throughout the year are:
• Summer and Winter Camps
• MLS Combine Prep
• Collegiate and High school prep

Baseball and Softball Performance
The baseball and softball performance program offers several training options. All options focus on improving overall athletic ability as it relates to baseball and softball performance. Athletes will perform programs that address rotational ability, speed, power, agility, reaction, and quickness as it relates to baseball and softball.
Program options include:
• Team Training: Have your entire team get sports performance training to improve athletic ability. These sessions can be done at our location or at your field to maximize your time. Sessions will focus on fundamental movement patterns and developing proper form and technique with these movement patterns.
• Small Group / Individual: Another option for the athlete is to train in a small group or individual format. The focus will still remain on improving overall athletic ability.

All Sports Performance
The Fundamental Athletic, Speed and Strength Training (FASST) program is designed to address the overall attributes of athletic ability. Further, strength training programs will be added in conjunction with the FASST program to improve all facets of athletic ability. The FASST program and the strength program will be built on the SPARQ (Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, and Quickness) principle. SPARQ training provides a platform to improve overall athletic performance by building on a foundation of proper running techniques, cutting ability and other key components of general athletic performance. Starting with body weight and moving all the way up to external weight exercises, this part of the program is focused on improving strength, power, and explosiveness. |
Nike SPARQ
Nike SPARQ training and testing is a premier service. Athletes will be tested and will receive a Nike SPARQ rating, so they can compare their scores to elite athletes worldwide. Set yourself apart from the competition, use your SPARQ rating as an assessment of your current level, as a recruiting tool, or to show coaches that you have what it takes to compete on an elite level. After you receive your rating, you may choose to complete a sports specific training program with CB3 Sports Performance Director, Jay Mathews, a Nike SPARQ trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, to elevate yourself to the next level. |

Our sports performance and conditioning training philosophy involves examining all physical components required to create a successful athlete. The foundation of all the training programs revolves around the 6 pillars of performance as identified in the NIKE SPARQ program. These pillars include:
Mobility • Speed/Agility • Power • Endurance • Strength • Regeneration
By developing programs based on these pillars, we can effectively train areas that are needed for optimal athletic performance. Athletes will be given the tools to enhance their athletic ability, allowing them the opportunity to showcase their maximum abilities. The services listed below are for individual or team needs.
